You agree to these terms when you sign up. We grant you a license to use GarageMe for personal or business purposes. You own the videos you create. We own the platform.

What You Can and Cannot Do

Generate videos for legitimate purposes. Don't use the platform to create deepfakes, impersonation content, or material that breaks laws. Don't reverse-engineer our AI or resell access to others.

Your Account

Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. If you use a free trial, we can cancel it anytime.

Our Content, Your Content

The software, templates, and AI model are ours. Your videos are yours—you can use, sell, or modify them however you want. Templates are licensed to you; you can't redistribute them.

We're Not Liable For

Lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. If something breaks, we'll fix it (or refund your last month). That's the limit.

Third-Party Links

We link to other sites sometimes. We don't control them, and we're not responsible for their content or policies.

Changes to These Terms

We'll update these if the law changes or we launch major new features. We'll email you about material changes. Continuing to use GarageMe means you accept the new terms.
